Most clients enjoy smooth skin for three to six weeks, depending on hair growth cycle and individual factors. Regular waxing can slow regrowth and make hair finer over time, extending intervals between appointments.
Some discomfort is normal, but our therapists use techniques to reduce pain. Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin, avoid retinoids or excessive exfoliation beforehand, and consider a mild pain reliever if you're sensitive.
Yes — we assess skin and tailor products accordingly. For active acne or inflamed skin we may postpone treatment or wax around affected areas to prevent irritation and scarring safely.
Avoid direct sun, hot showers, heavy sweating and harsh products for 24–48 hours. Use a gentle cleanser, soothing aloe or post-wax serum and exfoliate lightly after 3-5 days to prevent ingrown hairs.
We recommend waiting at least 30 minutes to allow pores to close. If you must apply makeup sooner, use clean, non-comedogenic products and avoid heavy foundation to reduce irritation and breakouts.
Typically book appointments every three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth. With consistent waxing, regrowth becomes finer and less frequent. Your therapist will advise a personalized schedule based on your skin, hair cycle and desired results.
