Get answers to common questions about Tweezers.

A standard Tweezers session at Lux Image Salon usually takes 15–30 minutes, depending on brow condition and desired shape. We allow extra time for consultations, corrections, or brow mapping to ensure precise, personalized results.

No. Tweezing removes hairs at the root and does not change hair thickness. Repeated removal can lead to slower regrowth, sometimes finer hairs, but genetics primarily determine hair texture and growth patterns.

Most clients experience brief discomfort when individual hairs are removed, but our gentle techniques and calming environment minimize pain. We can use numbing balm on request for highly sensitive skin to increase comfort.

Wait at least two to four weeks after waxing to allow hairs to regrow to a length suitable for tweezing. If you're unsure, book a consultation and we'll recommend the best timing.

Avoid applying makeup on the brow area for 24 hours, skip heavy sweating, and use a soothing aloe or cold compress if redness appears. Follow our aftercare tips to prolong shape and reduce irritation.

Tweezers can reshape and create a more balanced look, but regrowth takes time. We'll design a tailored plan including maintenance appointments, tinting, or brow growth treatments to gradually restore fullness and symmetry.
