I 1000% recommend Annie at Hair Lux Salon. I’ve been going to her consistently because she’s the only person I fully trust with my hair. I naturally have super dark, thick Asian hair that is REALLY hard to lift, and somehow she always gets me the perfect blonde while keeping my hair healthy and soft.
